Internet Governance and NepNetizens

In a democratic society, the citizen holds the power to choose and govern themselves. Governance of the Internet has been modeled upon some fundamental principles to reflect this democratic culture being practiced by states and Netizens. This talk will try to ponder upon some basic foundations on which Internet is based and look into the perspectives of how these are being respected / practiced in current context of Nepal and its Netians.
